1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using VibeEchoes ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Description of Service

VibeEchoes provides a journaling service that utilizes artificial intelligence to find semantic resonance between your journal entries and those of other anonymous users. Identity is never shared without your explicit mutual consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates any national, or international law or regulation.
• Harasses, abuses, or harms another person.
• Attempts to deanonymize, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the double-blind privacy mechanisms of the matching system.

4. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

VibeEchoes may offer Premium features accessible via auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium Subscription"). By selecting a Premium Subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Standard Apple EULA: In addition to these terms, your use of the application is governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

5. User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of all text and data you input into VibeEchoes. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the resonance matching and journaling services directly to you, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.
